Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using wheretosubmit.org ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Where To Submit is a curated directory of launch platforms and backlink submission sites. Free users see a subset of listings. Pro users (monthly or lifetime) see the full directory, submission links, and tips. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Paid plans

• Monthly Pro renews every month at the price shown on the pricing page. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period.
• Lifetime Pro is a one-time payment that grants Pro access for as long as the Service is operational. If you upgrade from monthly to lifetime, your monthly subscription is automatically set to cancel at the end of its current period so you aren't double-billed.
• All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• We may change pricing for new purchases at any time. Existing paid users keep their current price for the term they bought.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window on lifetime purchases for any reason. Email hi@wheretosubmit.org from the email tied to your purchase. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for partial periods, but you can cancel to stop future renewals.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish the directory at scale.
• Resell access or share your paid account with others.
• Attempt to bypass the paywall or rate limits.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm anyone.
• Submit content that is illegal, infringing, or malicious.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Directory data

The directory is community-curated and provided as-is. Submission links, tips, and metadata may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify on the destination site before relying on the data. We're not responsible for what happens after you submit your product to a third-party site.

8. Intellectual property

The site design, copy, and curation are ours. Listed third-party sites and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Don't copy our content wholesale; you can quote or reference small portions with attribution.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that submissions to listed platforms will be accepted, indexed by search engines, or generate traffic. Use the Service at your own discretion.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account by emailing us. We may terminate or suspend access for users who violate these terms or for legal reasons.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on the site; continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
